"I don't like the way you impose gratuity on the customers. I can understand if it's a table of 6 or more people, but we were just two people having dinner. I think I am entitled to chose how much I want to tip the server. What if I don't like your service, you still expect me to pay the gratuity? You need to change your attitude and be a little less..."
