Ordered tacos online, paid, received a confirmation & pickup time. Sounds simple, right?

When we arrived, the staff had no idea about our order. Eventually they found our name on a tablet after plugging in another device & told us it would be 5 minutes.

15 minutes later, still nothing.

Then we hear the employee calling the owner, who says she has no idea where the money went because the online ordering system hasn't even been set up yet.

So apparently they're accepting online orders & payments… without having an online system.

We left with no tacos & no refund. Honestly one of the most confusing restaurant experiences I've ever had.

This place is a hidden gem. It's like a little piece of Mexico in Montreal. Wonderful people, real, genuine, welcoming. I really look forward to it when I get to go here. Feels very comfortable for me. If you're comfortable around real people & in real mexico, then you are comfortable here. There are many little vendors combined under one sort of roof & there are vendors outside also. Last week they gave me as many vegetables as I could carry, for no cost, just making sure the extra doesn't go to waste & everyone gets to eat. 🙏
