Ce soir, j'ai eu le plaisir d'observer les trois chefs au travail dans la cuisine. Leurs mouvements allant du four, au frigo, à la friteuse, au comptoir... c'était comme s'ils ont fait un ballet chorégraphié pour préparer la nourriture & se passant délicatement les uns derrière les autres. C'est le genre de chose tu verrais dans un resto luxueux du centre-ville. Mais quel plaisir d'avoir ce bijou d'un resto avec des plats frais & abordables, ouvert jusqu'à 1 h du matin. Avec la cuisine visible, je constate toujours de son excellent niveau de propreté & les efforts pris par le le personnel, comme le lavage fréquente desmains & les filets à cheveux. Toujours un plaisir de revenir ici pour une baguette farcie, un cornetto, ou le ojja merguez.

J'ai visité ce restaurant tunisien à Montréal & c'était vraiment excellent ! J'ai essayé le mlewi, tandis que mes amis ont goûté makloub & chapati, & tout était délicieux. Le service était également très agréable. Nous espérons vivement qu'ils ouvriront un restaurant similaire à Ottawa. Bonne continuation !
