About us

Il Pazzesco has been noticed and appreciated by Montreal gourmets since it was founded in 1991 by brothers Michele and Mario Lapadula. Following the expansion and renovation in the winter of 2001, the restaurant is divided into two separate rooms, one of which has a dance floor. You can reserve either one of the rooms for more privacy, and the same attentive service.

In May 2002 the daily newspaper “La Presse” described Il Pazzesco as being a discovery in Anjou (découverte à Anjou.)

Grâce à un collègue de travail qui a réservé un souper avec un client, j'ai pu découvrir cet excellent restaurant italien dans mon Anjou natal. Authentique, délicat , sans prétentions & à découvrir. Les calmars étaient fondants, le veau citronné était excellent, & que dire des cannolis, muah! Mention spéciale pour le service de qualité.

We had the burrata entrée & fried calamari. Both were delicious! From the table d'hote i had a very good radicchio salad & Grilled chillean bass. Cooked to perfection on a bed of mashed potatoes & Swiss chard. The food was yummy, served at the right temperature & everything was fresh

Authentic tasting pizza. I've ordered pizza from Il Pazzesco 3 times already & they never disappoint. The all dressed pizza is delicious, thin crispy crust & the ingredients are very fresh. Can't comment on the atmosphere as I have not dined in.
