Il Pazzesco has been noticed and appreciated by Montreal gourmets since it was founded in 1991 by brothers Michele and Mario Lapadula. Following the expansion and renovation in the winter of 2001, the restaurant is divided into two separate rooms, one of which has a dance floor. You can reserve either one of the rooms for more privacy, and the same attentive service.
In May 2002 the daily newspaper “La Presse” described Il Pazzesco as being a discovery in Anjou (découverte à Anjou.)

Je suis client depuis 1992 que ce soit les anciens propriétaires qui étais sur la coche au nouveaux qui on su garder la base du restaurant & surtout améliorer le service je me régale toujours que ce soit pour une pizza ou un autre plat. Que je sois au comptoir de livraison ou au restaurant avec un excellent service, je suis & j'espère être toujours aussi satisfait de leur qualité de plat & service. Bonne continuité
I was recommended to try their pizza. We had fried calamari for entree & for the price & portion, pretty disappointed. As for the pizza ( we had sausage with rapini & frutta di mare, it was ok but I had better). I have to say however that I saw they had Trippa so I will give trippa a try ( I am a big trippa lover). Let's see if their trippa will meet my expectations ( maybe trippa with polenta? ) Cheers!

Excellent service, i appreciated the waiters. I ordered linguini sea food & veal, tasty but i found the portions are small. One of our guests had to order a second plate of pasta. Not sure 70$ for 2 plates of pasta aside from appetizers etc, its a bit expensive for just one person. Aside from that everything was amazing. The place is beautiful & well decorated. 👌
Even though we walked in wearing our work clothes after a day of sanding floors, we were welcomed with open arms & treated like VIPs. Each dish looked like a typical portion size, but halfway through, we realized just how hearty & satisfying it was. The taste? Absolutely jaw-dropping. Every bite was rich, authentic, & worth every penny. By the time we got halfway, we were already full This was my first time at an authentic Italian restaurant, & after tonight, I know I'll be back. Visiting from the UK & staying in an Air B&B close by so walked here with no reservation but they were happy to seat us. Beautiful meal. Excellent service from our servers. They were very polite & happy to chat with us. Great Sangria 🍷
Je connais ce resto depuis quelques temps so I decided to celebrate my birthday there. It was amazing. La prise en charge dès la réservation, les suivis, etc. The service was perfect. The food was delicious. Ils ont pris leur temps pour nous servir ( group of 24), they did not rush us to finish. Merci pour cette merveilleuse expérience. 😄🥳
The service was amazing & so attentive! The snail starter was so good. However I found the veal cognac underwhelming lacking cognac flavoring & their dessert just fine.
