Soupe froide , service médiocre.. apres s'etre trompé dans notre commande le serveur se tenait à la table en attendant qu'on lui dise qu'on allait manger quand meme les mauvais plats qu'on avait pas commander quand on lui a demander de les changers & nous apportez ce qu'on svait commander il etait faché & nous a apportez 2 soupe temperature piece le bouillln netait pas asser chaud pour cuire le boeuf … je n'y regournerai plus jamais jai manger 2 bouchées

J'ai bien leur soupe. Un endroit tranquille. Je m'y arrête régulièrement après le travail, sur mon chemin de retour à la maison. Lors de mon dernier passage, j'ai remarqué plusieurs livraisons... un endroit très populaire.

Horrible! Very first order of the day like as soon as they opened & I'm sure if was chicken from the day before. Overcooked, hard & dry. Very disappointing this time around!

With all due respect to this restaurant, which is considered one of the best Asian restaurants in Montreal, & as a former customer before working in delivery, I felt truly disappointed by the behavior of the cash girl during my recent visit.
Unfortunately, I could not understand this conduct, which does not reflect the reputation of a respectable restaurant built through years of hard work. I was left waiting for nearly fifteen minutes, even though the order was already prepared, without any clear justification.
The issue was not related to workload or a busy moment; rather, it appeared as though there was a lack of willingness to work, or a sense that this role was beneath the employee, which is very unfortunate for a restaurant of this standing.

Loved this place! The broth was super flavorful, the noodles were perfect, & everything tasted really fresh. The service was friendly & fast, & the restaurant felt clean & cozy. A perfect spot for a warm, comforting bowl of pho. I'll definitely come back!

Solid Pho. My wife had the shrimp & lettuce plate which was also better than average. Place was surprisingly unbusy for this quality of food; maybe people prefer take out/delivery?

The pho here is stellar. The downtown location for this chain has gone to ****, but this location is excellent.
