C'est tout simplement le meilleur pho que j'ai mangé jusqu'à maintenant. Quand j'habitais à Laval, je venais manger ici tout le temps. Le service était toujours rapide & la nourriture était constamment excellente, un vrai 10/10.
Même depuis que j'ai déménagé à Montréal, je continue de faire le trajet jusqu'à Laval de temps en temps juste pour venir manger ici. Les jours où je suis trop fatiguée pour me déplacer, je vais dans une autre succursale de la chaîne à Montréal, & la qualité est exactement la même, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Malgré tout, j'ai un attachement particulier pour cette succursale, puisqu'elle me rappelle toutes les fois où j'y suis venue.
Les serveurs ont toujours été accueillants & attentionnés, & le restaurant est toujours propre & prêt à recevoir les clients. Si vous aimez le pho, je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter!
The best pho,nems & vermicelli with chicken.I went there a few times & ordered on Uber eats too.Everything is delicious.The bubble tea,the che ba mau,the vietnamese coffee & the lemonade,smoothie with durian are delicious too.10/10.Merci beaucoup
Très mauvais service!!! Nous sommes arriver a 8h45pm un samedi soir nous étions 12 personnes, il nous on apportez le menu en nous disant qu'il fermer la cuisine a 9pm, donc on se dépêche a commander, nous savions déjà tous quoi commander le repas arrive quand meme rapidement vers 9h15 la madame nous dit qu'il ferme a 9h30 ....JE ME DIT OK... CEST QUAND MEME DES SOUPES ON peux pas l'avaler d'un coup comme des verres d'eau tsé... a 9h25 elle revient & dit quelle doit fermer la caisse & nous emmene les factures 9h30 elle nous répète que le restaurant & fermer, je comprend très bien qu'elle voulait fermer son restaurant mais si tu a vu dès le début a l'heure que nous sommes arrivés & considérant que nous étions 12 & que tu fermer dans 45 min....elle aurait dû nous le dire quelle pouvait plus nous accepter mais nous faire presser tout le repas ... PIRE SERVICE. & en plus je lui ai demander un plat pour emporter & lorsqu'elle me la emmener je me suis rendu compte que javais besoin d'un 2e plat elle ma répondu bêtement pouvez vous les commander tous en meme temps pour pas que je fasses des vas & viens !!! Plus Jamais a ce restos !!! Pourtant j'aime beaucoup cette franchise'i am pho' mais lui plus JAMAIS

There are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants & the portions & quality vary from one to another. I was impressed with this I AM PHO location. It was also packed with Vietnamese people so that's a great sign! I had the grilled beef bowl with imperial roll served with salad & vermicelli. All the ingredients were very fresh. The beef was exceptionally thick & super tasty compared to other places I've tried. Also the spring rolls are generous in size & not the pinky sized frozen ones we sometimes get at other restos. My meal with no drink cost 25 dollars with tax & 15% tip inc. The service was quick but the waiter didn't re-fill my water & it's pay at the register.
I tried the medium beef pho with my friend, it was a huge bowl, I couldn't even finish it, as someone with a big stomach, this is truly amazing. The spicy sauce was at it finest, & the broth was so rich in flavors it felt good, like refreshing my taste buds. The service was quick, & the people are giving smiles while you walk by, & there's one very handsome boy 🤫🤫. The atmosphere was really calm, the people weren't loud & they weren't looking at you. I saw a guy alone, & it felt really normal instead of judgemental. The prices are reasonable too. Best restaurant I've ever been to. 😍
Jai commandé une fois & la nourriture n'était pas bonne, loin des plats qu'on voit sur les photos. C'était tres fade... déçu pour le prix d'un dîner (25$)
I had lunch there with my family, we ordered a plate of spring rolls, skewers, 3 color, & 2 bowls of pho. The food was delicious, & it arrived quickly. When we went to pay, they charged us for an additional appetizer that we did not order. We understand that mistakes happen, however, it is unacceptable when the staff began showing us attitude as if we had done something wrong. The waiter insisted we asked for an additional plate of spring rolls. He had no evidence of this, did not write our order down, & we in fact, did NOT order an extra plate. Check your cameras, ask your cooks, believe us; Admit your mistake, & move on. After a bit of arguing, the female staff also addressed us in a passive aggressive manner. Luckily we got that plate refunded, but really it soured the experience. Unfortunately, we won't be returning after this.
Edit: as I'm reading other reviews, it looks like our experience is not unique. Others have had negative interactions with staff there too, whether it was unprofessional behavior, rolling their eyes, passive aggressiveness, gaslighting - the list goes on..
