Aaaah enfin un endroit où je peux manger de la bonne soupe tonkinoise pas trop chère! Le genre d'endroit qui ne met pas tout son argent dans la décoration, il le met dans la nourriture & le service. J'ai pris une moyenne soupe Pho végétarienne, & la portion était très grosse! C'était bon, & je pouvais personnaliser ma soupe avec les sauces qui étaient sur la table (Hoisin & Sriracha). Je vais revenir essayer les autres items sur le menu!

Prise en charge rapide des clients même s'il n'y avait plus de place. Nous n'avons pas attendu plus de 5 min avant qu'ils réarrangent rapidement les tables pour nous trouver une place.
Le Pho y est bon, rapidement servi & à un prix correct.

I was looking for an authenthic Bún bò h?e, tried my luck dropped in to this place'I am Pho Brossard.'It turned out to be the most original delicious bowl of noodle I had ever eaten in Montreal!! Will definitely going to be my regular visit place.
My goto place is closed on Mondays so I decided to give it a try. I had the large special pho. Not sure if because the broth doesn't have strong flavor, the tendons & tripes had some smell which make one wonder if they are fresh. If you don't order the pho with those ingredents you should be fine.
One of the better pho places in Brossard in my opinion in terms of quality & consistency. The broth just feels more clear & less heavy, & the taste is on point! Their imperial rolls are better than regular ones because they wrap them in rice paper & then fry them, creating a crispier texture than your standard imperial roll. For some reason, I always get large everywhere else, but over here, I can never finish a large no matter how famished I am, so I have to resort to downsizing to a medium bowl of pho. Vietnamese iced coffee very very very good & instead of large ice cubes that take up insanely amount of space in the cup, they recently switched to crushed ice.

The beef pho here is absolutely delicious, especially when you add chili flakes & extra rare beef slices. The broth is rich & flavorful, making it a comforting & satisfying meal. However, the consistency can be a hit or miss-sometimes it's perfectly balanced, while other times it leans too salty or too bland.
On the bright side, the fresh spring rolls are some of the best I've ever had. Fresh, light, & packed with flavor, they're a must-try.
Service-wise, most of the staff are very friendly & accommodating, which is great. However, the male cashier (the one who looks like he's balding) really needs an attitude check. He's impatient & serves with an energy that makes it seem like he hates his job. We're paying for both the food & the service, so the least he can do is treat customers with a bit more respect.
Vous cherchez un bon resto vietnamien @ Brossard? Je vous recommande le resto' I am Pho'. Ce resto a un menu avec plusieurs choix d'entrees, de soupes aux nouilles, des grillades & des desserts. Ce que je vous recommande fortement de commander = les rouleaux imperiaux. Ils sont les meilleurs, les plus croustillants, savoureux, authentiques vietnamiens, remplis de garnitures roules avec des feuilles de riz. Le bouillon du soupe Pho est chaud & delicieux, de bonnes & genereuses portions de nouilles & de garnitures. Le plat de grillade de porc etait bien marine & juteux. Ce plat etait servi avec des nouilles vermicelles & salades. Le dessert de 3 couleurs etait delicieux mais je m'attendais plus @ des geles ruby rouges, geles pandan & feves & non du jello. Sur ca, j'etais decue de ma commande. Le service etait rapide & efficace. L'accueil etait bien chaleureux. Un bon conseil arriver de bonheur pour trouver un bon stationnement & une belle table dans
le resto. En general, j'ai bien aime
mon experience. C'est certain que je vais y retourner.
Le meilleur pho sur la rive-sud. Le pho au poulet est vraiment bon avec des vrai morceaux de poulet. Ils ont également des nem au poulet. Généralement sont fait au porc partout ailleurs.
