Le serveur à échapper de la coriandre par terre & au lieu de la mettre à la poubelle qui était à côté de lui il l'a remis dans une assiette de chop suey qui accompagne la coriandre & la lime. Après l'avoir vu ,je me suis lever & je suis allé voir le serveur pour lui dire que je l'avais vu & il m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas fait ça & 30 -45 seconde après il est venu me voir pour me dire MERCI de lui avoir dis & c'est par erreur qu'il avait fait ça. Alors que quelques minutes avant il m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas fait ça. Je lui ai dit que je ne le croyait qu'il avait fait ça par erreur, qu'il voulait sauver 2 cenne. & j'ai dit au patron que je ferai une AVIS SUR SON SITE. IL ETAIT TRES MAL À L'AISE. Alors voilà je n'y retournerai plus jamais car, imaginer s'il echappe du poulet où un rouleau de printemps où etc.........& qu'il l'a remette dans votre assiette.
Good food & good pho but downtown location seems of the same chain seems better. Rather Impressive with the service. Will come again & will recommend to others to come as well
Update on jan 30: portions got smaller even for large size noodle Pho. Add extra noodles is now $5 for a small bowl of additional noodles (from 2$, jumped 3$). Complete rip off. Used to be a good restaurant. Not sure i would recommend it. Service is now so so even though they have many staff on the floor. A transparent roll of shrimp & vermicelli is now 8$ for 2 pieces. Price went up! 😅😅
I ordered the bun bo hue for delivery & I am very satisfied. I absolutely love their takeout containers! The bun bo hue is delicious & very generous with the meat portion. I like how they included a side of chili oil to add to your soup to make it spicier. I had never tried this place out before but I can confidently say I will buy from here again & even come in person. As a Vietnamese person, I approve their bun bo hue!
Best pho I ever had when visiting Montreal. This is my go to spot first after a long drive on the highway. Service is quick & very accommodating. I recommended this to friends & they all enjoyed it as well. Thank you & until next time.
C'était notre première fois chez I am Pho & c'était excellent. Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé du resto vietnamien aussi bon. Je recommande ce plat, c'était le poulet Bun Cha Gio Ga Nuong #17. La présentation du plat était très bien réussie, c'était dans une belle assiette creuse malgré le fait que c'était une commande pour apportez. 👍

Disappointed as they kept on shrinking the portion of the whole soup. Feels like a very small portion & we paid full price! We worked hard for our money too. Moreover the taste.... no bone taste just plain salty soup.

Le meilleur Pho de ma vie. Même si je compare aux autres franchises. Pour ceux qui savent bien manger, la soupe est très profonde & satisfaisante.
It's a family tradition for us to eat at I AM PHO specially in cold season. A hearty bowl of soup with lots of meat, with a broth pack with flavors. It's always a pleasure to go there staff really friendly & the atmosphere is pleasant.
I recommend this place of you want to try vietnamese food at a reasonable price.
There's a noticeable draft of cold air in the dining area every time someone enters or leaves the restaurant.
There were no napkins on the table, & the waiter brought only a single small plate of bean sprouts for the three of us. The food was very average, & no additional service was provided.
The environment looked reasonably pleasant, but the constant cold draft really detracted from the experience.
Although I enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, I will most likely not return to this particular restaurant.
Authentic Vietnamese noodle soup with full toppings. The broth is so delicious!
Even the small size is very generous & the price is reasonable.
If you're in the area & love noodles, you won't be disappointed! 10/10 Yipeeee!!!

J'ai pris un format large & c'est beaucoup.
Phoned in a order for pick up, when we arrived to the dinner party, there was a order missing, the other 3orders were not right & the restaurant didn't try to resolve the issue. 4 unsatisfied clients who will not return
