I really enjoyed my experience at Hwaro! The food was amaaaaazing, & the service was great. My friend Alex took great care of us. He was very kind, polite, & attentive. You can tell he really enjoys his job! I would definitely come back

Had a great experience at this KBBQ in Laval! Our server Alex was fantastic-very friendly, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed. The food was really good, with generous portions & fresh-tasting meats. Everything came out nicely & we definitely left satisfied. Would definitely come back! 🔥🥩

Très bonne expérience ! Les viandes étaient savoureuses, tendres & de très bonne qualité. Le restaurant est spacieux, beau & très propre, avec une excellente ventilation : malgré le barbecue à table, il n'y a pratiquement pas de fumée ni d'odeur qui reste dans la salle. Mention spéciale à Dawn, notre serveuse, très sympathique, attentive & proactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Alex is hands down one of the best waiters at this restaurant
From the moment you walk in he makes you feel welcome & takes great care of every table with professionalism & a smile

Our first experience at Hwaro was absolutely splendid! I chose to celebrate my birthday there with my friends, & it couldn't have been a better choice.

A special shoutout to our server, Veron (or Veronique-I hope I got the name right!), who was incredibly friendly, attentive, & helpful. They took the time to explain how the ordering system worked & even gave us a heads-up about the ordering time limit, which we really appreciated.

What stood out the most was that, despite the time limit, we never felt rushed. Unlike some other Korean BBQ restaurants where the staff constantly remind you to hurry, the team at Hwaro allowed us to enjoy our food & conversation at a comfortable pace while still providing excellent service.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, & the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making my birthday celebration such a memorable one-we'll definitely be back!

I have to say, the meat here is average, compared to the other korean bbq restaurant in west Island, the meat here needed more flavour, & the dessert needs more selection, just Ice cream is not enough. However, the service was excellent, our server Jeng was kind, provided an amazing service & listened attentively to our feedback.

The concept of this restaurant is great. You can order & eat as much meat as you want. Also you cook your food on the grill in the middle of the table. It's fun. Great atmosphere, but the waitress I felt could have been a bit more attentive. We got seated & waited 10 minutes before she came with the menu. The quality of food is ridiculously amazing. You MUST try this restaurant!

Kira & Julia were amazing! Super friendly, attentive, & made the whole experience feel enjoyable. They gave great recommendations, & Julia brought such a positive vibe. Definitely a big reason I'd come back!

Relatively nice area. Clean & modern restaurant. Great attentive & friendly staff. Validated underground parking.

However, while modern it feels more like a random sports bar or something. The food doesn't taste very authentic either. Several cuts of meat lacking flavor despite being marinated. Rice wasn't fresh either.
