Excellent service de Camille! Je n'ai pas manqué d'eau une seconde, le timing pour les entrés & repas étais exactement bien calculé. Très beaux restaurants mais ça s'arrête là. Tout le monde a gelé avec l'air climatisé à fond. Les cuissons étaient pour la plupart trop cuites mais le serveur une fois les assiettes sur la table n'est jamais repassé sauf avec la facture avec un montant déjà indiqué pour le pourboire. Aucun choix de mettre plus ou moins. 18% imposé.
I went to Houston for a celebration, the food came at the reasonable time & we were seated at a nice table in a private room. The first issue of the night that arose was when the staff wanted to clean up the table in order to prepare for the main course, they spilled the full glass of iced water on my lap. i was very understanding of the situation & dried myself up & didn't make a fuss about it. it was just water at the end of the day, but i would have appreciated some sort of compensation, as i was inconvenienced. Instead, I got half of an apology. During the service of the main course, the servers were very confused as to which customer ordered what. I'm guessing some miscommunication happened, i've worked in the industry so i understand how that goes. They had my order mixed up, i asked for a medium rare steak & they brought me a well done. I understand that mistakes happen, i politely asked for a new one, however they gave me a rare steak the second time. At this point, I didn't bother to ask for another again. Overall, the service wasn't the best. They added the tip directly to my bill so i was not able to adequately raise the issue of my discomfort of the service i received.
