Had an amazing experience at Houston Steakhouse in Laval. The food was unreal, perfectly cooked, great flavour, & everything came out hot & on point.
Huge shoutout to Dylan, the head chef. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. The steak was cooked exactly right & the quality was next level.
Also, Leanne (our server & bartender) was incredible. Super friendly, attentive, & made the whole night feel smooth & fun without being overbearing. Drinks were great & she kept everything moving perfectly.
Overall, one of the best steakhouse experiences I've had in a long time. I will 100% be back.

We were yesterday at Houston Steak & Fruit De Mer
Reservation @8 pm for 6 people , Atmosphere was very nice especially the music, but for the price we paid we were still hangry when we left at 10 pm to go eat somewhere else, they want to imitate Lucille they are far beyond to be compared.
Honnêtement le problème N'est pas le restaurant! Ils ont été polis & respectueux tres serviables je trouve sa juste dommage que ont doit se faire intimider par la police parce que nous somme un groupe qui venons célébrer un anniversaire UN JEUDI SOIR…. je trouve que ca entache complètement le restaurant ce qui est malheureux parceque c'est vraiment un bon endroit chaleureux ! J'y retournerai mais peut être un lundi parceque qui aime se faire intimider en mangeant un bon steak. Bravo au Houston pour leur professionnalisme & un gros F- a la police de laval qui ternis leur image!
La serveuse au bar, Leanne, est sociable, bilingue & a beaucoup de classe. La bouffe est aussi parfaite, cuisson du steak excellente & la waitress a l'écoute. Expérience parfaite!!
Beau nouveau décor par rapport a l'ancienne formule mais malheureusement, pas a la hauteur. Menu avec moins de choix, seulement steak/burger/fruits de mer. Diner vous coutera minimum 50$, le même diner est d'ailleurs tres limité. J'y allais régulièrement avant les reno & ce sera malheureusement ma dernière visite.
Second time here & again my steak was more medium well than medium rare.
The other thing is the server: if you would like a better tip maybe you should be more attentive to your table. We were a group of 6 people last night & we constantly had to ask people who weren't our waiter for things or if they could at least call our waitress over. Then we also had to flag her down because she wouldn't come check in.
We were treated with excellent service by Noemi & all the food was delicious. Our favourites were the fresh oysters, the tuna tacos & beef tartare. The steak was also grilled to perfection with a lovely wine pairing. Also, don't judge blue velvet cake before you try it, so tasty!
J'aimerais comprendre pourquoi en 2025 un restaurant n'a pas au moins un « buster » ou une chaise haute? Lorsqu'on a fait la demande au gérant: « ah non madame, nous on a rien pour les enfants/bebes »
Je comprends qu'en tant que restaurateur, on peut se positionner dans une certaine gamme. Par ailleurs, en tant que parent, si je désire bien manger & amener mon enfant, j'apprécierai un minimum.
& aucune débrouillardise au niveau de l'équipe! Mon conjoint est aller emprunter une chaise haute au restaurant a coté, & a laisser un dépôt!?
Je vous conseille un autre steakhouse si vous désirez un bon steak & un minimum d'accommodation pour les enfants :)!
Nourriture correcte, prix élevé.

I went to Houston for a celebration, the food came at the reasonable time & we were seated at a nice table in a private room. The first issue of the night that arose was when the staff wanted to clean up the table in order to prepare for the main course, they spilled the full glass of iced water on my lap. i was very understanding of the situation & dried myself up & didn't make a fuss about it. it was just water at the end of the day, but i would have appreciated some sort of compensation, as i was inconvenienced. Instead, I got half of an apology. During the service of the main course, the servers were very confused as to which customer ordered what. I'm guessing some miscommunication happened, i've worked in the industry so i understand how that goes. They had my order mixed up, i asked for a medium rare steak & they brought me a well done. I understand that mistakes happen, i politely asked for a new one, however they gave me a rare steak the second time. At this point, I didn't bother to ask for another again. Overall, the service wasn't the best. They added the tip directly to my bill so i was not able to adequately raise the issue of my discomfort of the service i received.

A mon expérience a moi , j'allais à l'ancien avant comme toute autres , j'ai essayer le nouveau & maintenant sa fait 5 fois que je viens, j'adore l'énergie de la place & le service acceptionnel , honnêtement j'ai rien à critiquer ( RIEN ) , je prend toujours l'entrer de burrata italienne & le ribs steak il ont toujours réussi ma cuissons jamais j'ai été déçu, j'ai lu les commentaire des gens & des mauvaise expérience se qui peut arriver partout & ses comprenable car quand ses trop parfait ses louche il faut parfois des critique sa larrive comme dans tout mes faut pas généraliser , & d'ailleurs tous peut pas plaire à tous mes venant d une très bonne cuisinaire mes qui vas manger dans les restaurant aussi 4 fois semaines je ses reconnaître de la bonne nourriture & je vous le conseil surtout le ribs steak sauce au poivre , très bonne place, chacun nos goût biensur , mes pour moi je VOUS LE CONSEIL AMPLEMENT
Wow! This restaurant should definitely be added to anyone's list. Their menu is varied & delicious. From their Asian Salad , Hamburger & steak ! Don't forget to order the chocolate mousse or the crème brûlée for dessert!
Un mauvais service du personnel , le serveur n'étais pas d'humeur & nous répondais pas joyeusement comme ci on l'ennuyait ( le serveur était noir & grand de taille ) Je suis aussi une femme noire. Je décrit son physique parce que je n'avais pas demander son nom.
On l'a reprocher de son comportement mais il est Parti sans même s'excuser. ( un comportement très irrespectueux)
Pour la cuisine on a demander steak bien cuit il nous ramène medium saignant.
& la musique était super forte pas moyen de discuter tranquillement,
Personnellement je ne retournerai plus jamais dans ce resto.
Goût du Steak bien mais cuisson demandé: médium & nous les avons eu bien cuit. L'hôtesse nous a avisé très cavalièrement que nous avions 2 heures pour manger & le gérant est venu nous aviser de quitter de façon très impoli (plusieurs tables étaient pourtant disponibles dans le restaurant). Très difficile d'avoir une conversation: on s'est fait déranger aux 10 minutes durant tout le repas. Très dommage car le resto est très beau, propre & la nourriture est quand même bien. À noter que notre serveuse était très gentille, bienveillante & très polie.
