Had an amazing experience at Houston Steakhouse in Laval. The food was unreal, perfectly cooked, great flavour, & everything came out hot & on point.
Huge shoutout to Dylan, the head chef. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. The steak was cooked exactly right & the quality was next level.
Also, Leanne (our server & bartender) was incredible. Super friendly, attentive, & made the whole night feel smooth & fun without being overbearing. Drinks were great & she kept everything moving perfectly.
Overall, one of the best steakhouse experiences I've had in a long time. I will 100% be back.
Super restaurant au décor moderne & soigné. La nourriture était délicieuse. Adèle, le gérant, veillait attentivement à ce que tout se passe bien & était très présent. Notre excellent serveur, Marc, a été aimable, professionnel & toujours souriant. Il a vraiment pris soin de nous. Je recommande fortement cet endroit & nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Le service était bon : la dame était attentive & amicale tout au long du souper.
Le brioche était la meilleure partie du repas.
Le menu des desserts est minimaliste, mais la crème brûlée était bonne.

Second time here & again my steak was more medium well than medium rare.
The other thing is the server: if you would like a better tip maybe you should be more attentive to your table. We were a group of 6 people last night & we constantly had to ask people who weren't our waiter for things or if they could at least call our waitress over. Then we also had to flag her down because she wouldn't come check in.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm & inviting, the staff was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, & every dish was delicious. We had many appetizers & they were so good. The flavors were perfectly balanced. The chef is amazing & you can tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients. Highly recommended! I will definitely go back.

I celebrated my birthday there last week, & it was perfect. The atmosphère was perfect, the decor is gorgeous, the servers were super attentive & patient (special shoutout to Charles), & while food was alright. It is ideal for an intimate private dinner evening. The exact vibe I was looking for in a restaurant all over the city. I loved my experience there!

Amazing food & impeccable service! Thank you Adrian for your excellent service! You were very attentive to every little detail to ensure our satisfaction. Best server so far! Energy was A1 & super friendly! Keep this awesome energy!!
I'm giving this resto a three star for these reasons. 1. They messed up our reservation & rather than apologize the manager chose to argue showing poor customer service. 2. I ordered a medium rare & got medium well, sent it back & got back another medium well. Looked like same steak as it was already cut & they just changed plates. Being a steakhouse they should know how to cook a steak. The rest of the food was very good & the drinks were excellent. Waiters were attentive & fast. Will I go back? Yes. Will I order steak? No.
First time back since the renovations. Our waitress Sage was excellent & attentive. The manager Adel was a pro & came by to check on us. The filet mignon was incredible as was the crème brulé. Extensive wine cellar & oyster bar. Highly recommended
