Lorsque la facture est présentée, le client n'a pas le choix via Interac de payer 18% minimum en pourboire alors que 15% serait plus acceptable comme plancher minimum. Nous ne retourneront plus pour cette raison chez Houston Laval.
Je suis vraiment contente & satisfaite du service, Jade & l'autre serveur étaient à l'hauteur de mes attentes.... Impeccable service, la nourriture était excellente & rapide, le DJ était génial avec de la bonne musique...

The (nice) waitress started removing plates of people who were done even though there were still three people eating in our party. After that, 2 more waiters came & asked if we were done (we still had food). The place was empty, so I don't see what the rush was about. We were there for barely an hour (party of 7).
Le service était rapide & super. Notre serveuse Annabelle a fait un excellent travail tout avec le sourire. Concernant la nourriture, c'était un pur délice. Notre soirée fût agréable.

Ribs were good but they better be for $36 for a handful of fries & not a so big rack of ribs. Table was not cleaned plates stuck to table. Had to ask for towelettes to clean our hands after the meal (should automatically been given) & we were given only 1 each. Small tiny towelettes of 5X5. Will not go back
Très bon service, calmars frits avec la sauce excellent!
Saumon en assiette principale exquis! ainsi qu'un sandwich au boeuf avec frites (portion généreuse).
Nous étions sur la terrasse avec de beaux parasols
