"I went to Houston for a celebration, the food came at the reasonable time and we were seated at a nice table in a private room. The first issue of the night that arose was when the staff wanted to clean up the table in order to prepare for the main course, they spilled the full glass of iced water on my lap. i was very understanding of the situation..."
