Wait was about 15 mins as it seems like it's the only good restaurant open. This side of terminal is under construction. Service was still good. Drinks were strong & they gave a good amount for the glass size. Had the bacon cheeseburger & it was really good fresh, hot, & filling. Service was fast & no complaints.

I ordered pasta & a coke from the menu. The restaurant was fairly empty when I was initially being served but things picked up. I was able to get my drink but I was concerned about getting my food in time to make my flight. They accommodated my request to pay once I got my food. I never got a refill I asked for. The other place I would have gone to with higher ratings was not accessible & I had a bit of a time crunch. Otherwise I wouldn't have gone here. I'd go again if I had the same exact circumstances but other it was mostly an average experience for airport dining.

Omg! If you need to catch a flight, stay away from this place unless you have 3 hours to kill!! It took forever to be seated, then 30 minutes to get a drink, & still waiting (an hour total so far) for my food!!! Horrible service!!!! Can't rate the food because I'm still waiting.😤

Had breakfast at Houston before boarding my flight. For the deluxe breakfast for $23.49 which was a bit pricey but very filling. Ended up paying $12.49 for a coffee because I agreed to a shot of baileys so definitely overpriced considering it was filtered coffee & not a latte style'Irish coffee'. But, it was delicious & I enjoyed it & it's always nice having a drink at the airport. My waitress was amazing, I was sitting at the bar & she was very sweet & on the ball. Great experience, happy I picked this place over the Starbucks.

My family & I travelled through YUL July 9, 2024 & stopped for lunch about 4:30. The service was the worst I've ever experienced, worldwide. The waiter Mario first forgot what we ordered & had to return. The sodas were flat & when we pointed it out, he shrugged & said that's how they are. He offered a replacement if the same flat soda but not water or any other drink. He never returned to our table until he presented us with the bill. He did however have time to socialize with his friends & talk back to the manager. Would not recommend this restaurant even though it was one or two in the departure area. The manager I spoke with was exceedingly pleasant & helpful but it can't overcome the abysmal service.

We wanted to sit down to have a drink however they only let you sit at the bar if for the moment you only want a drink. They don't have any vegan options & the staff did not mention that when we went to sit down that to sit at a table you HAVE to order food. The bar was full & loud.

Service was awful. Took 5 mins to get a menu. Took us waving & 10 mins to get a waiter to take our order. Took me waving at the waiter to get a refill on my drink & the check. & this was with more staff than customers. It felt more like social hour for the staff than running a restaurant. Sweet potato fries were also soggy. & meals are ~$30 each for basic fare. Not many choices in the airport for hopefully others are better than this.

very disapointing breakfeast. the food was cold & not very tasty. the service was long but the waitress still was trying her best to give good service. she did a mistake on our bill & apologized. way over priced drinks. no atmosphere when sitting down on the side section.
