"As an extremely regular & loyal customer on uber eats and in the restaurant, the quality has died down quite a lot. Chicken isn't as crispy anymore, super soggy. I ordered this one ON THE SPOT and I don't know who does the chicken in the back but needs work to be like before. Took a bite and the whole soggy skin came off.. was really disappointed..."
