Drove over 1.5 hours to/from the other side of town for their BOGO50% Tuesdays specials. The bun cha Hanoi was tasty, with generous amounts of marinated pork & 1 large pork patty. The tofu + veggie stir-fry was equally ample. Wait time to get orders varied between waiters, but food was served promptly.View more

Excellent authentic Vietnamese food! Friendly & quick service. Must try the "Nem cua bể" , which is the Chả giò with crab 🦀 filling, & the rice paper wrap !♥️ It's not the egg roll wrap as in other places.View more

Went to Restaurant Ho Guom while in Montreal for a visit. We arrived around 8:45 p.m. with the posted closing at 9:30 p.m. We quickly placed our order & I got to try a traditional Vietnamese dish called bun oc cha muc which is snails & fried squid patty in a tomato based broth with vermicelli. I've never seen this on any menu in the GTA & let me tell you, I'm now on the hunt. The broth was delicious with a hint of sour, the snails & patties were plentiful. We also ordered spring rolls & Vietnamese beef salad & both were delicious. I loved the acidity of the salad & that there were tons of red onions. Even though they close at 9:30 p.m., I never felt rushed. In fact, the gentleman who mainly served us told me to take my time. Great food & great service! I would definitely go back as well as recommend this place to all.View more
