It looked clean & smelled of freshly cooked pho. As this was our first time, we ordered a variety of dishes including pho, rice plate, & la lot platter. Everything was absolutely delicious. Although a bit pricey, the dishes were pretty big.
The staff is friendly & polite. The dining room is clean. Soupes are good & reasonably priced.
Good food at a reasonable price. The tonkinese soup is amazing. It's a bring your own wine, beer etc.
Byow, good soup Lunch menu price are good Staff are funny & the place is nice & clean
Just…wow!!!I have never had Vietnamese food as good as this restaurant since I came to Canada. We only came to Montreal for tourism but we had to go back to Ho Guom restaurant every day to enjoy the meal. The price is worth the quality of the food. The service is perfect & attentive. I wish this restaurant was in our area so I could go every day
Came here to try their bun cha. It was okay but I wasn't amazed especially for the price. It was really expensive for one meal of bun cha. Paid 30$. As a viet, this must be thr highest price I've paid for a viet meal & it's not even a fancy resto. Maybe I've had better bun cha in Vietnam & my expectation was too high . A bit disappointed
Surely this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in Montreal. Foods are tasty & prices are reasonable
Ordered from DoorDash. Chicken soup & chicken fried rice. Was kinda surprised to open my container of food to find spaghetti-like noodles rather than the usual flat rice noodles. I didn't care for them. The broth was also pretty much straight water. Not a hint of aromatics, no colour, the faintest hint of a flavour. Even after adding my own condiments it just tasted like water. The rice was fine. Fair portions for price point. Would try again (different items).
This is a delicious Vietnamese restaurant. It offers specialty dishes that are difficult to find elsewhere & they do it well. Be sure to try them instead of the typical pho that you can find at other places. The quantity of food you get is also pretty solid at a good price point. The bun bo hue I got was not as spicy as I'd want it to be, but it was still delicious & flavorful. The service was quick & our waiter was friendly. Definitely recommend as one of the more unique Vietnamese place in Montreal.
It was my husband & I’s first time here, we arrived before closing & we were greeted with a smile by the waiter. He was so kind to us. 🤗
We got two plates of grilled chicken, beef & vermicelle noodles coming with mouth watering soup, salad, fish sauce & two rolls it was SO delicious. 🤤 🤤😍😍 Incredible food for the best price I’ve ever seen for Vietnamese food. The second plate was 50% off & the dessert was SOOOOO amazing & tasty. The most mouth watering Vietnamese food experience we’ve had ever.
The price was perfect for everything we had received the best & most affordable we’ve ever seen, wow 🤩🤗✨We will return & bring our friends / family in the near future! 😊🤝🥂
Thank you again so much for letting us in just before closing we don’t regret our choice!
