"Impatient staff even there wasn't a line. The lady served me sounded like she was really unhappy in her life. I saw a deck of loyalty card and proceeded to ask. I didn't even finish my sentence and she replied just a single line "that is for latte", which sounds hostile because I just ordered a regular coffee? I don't think I will come back"
