Nous avons passé une excellente soirée grâce à maxime , qui était extrêmement attentif & sympathique. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer le menu & a recommandé des plats délicieux. Son service rapide & sa bonne humeur ont rendu notre expérience encore meilleure. Merci pour cette belle soirée
I loved Hiba bar, they offer a variety of delicious cocktails made by Mickael the in-house mixologist who is very well knowledged, you can definitely find something to your taste!

Warm experience! Mickael was very professional & friendly , he gave us great advice based on our tastes. Highly recommended! I especially loved the Aka Oni.
La sélection de saké de la sommelière m'a fait découvrir le meilleur saké que j'ai pu déguster. Les cocktails étaient tous tellement créatifs. La nourriture délicieuse (carpaccio de boeuf !!)
L'ambiance était parfaite, la musique agréable & pas trop forte.
It's been a while since I've had good bluefin tuna in Montréal, & Hiba really surprised me. The fried chicken is juicy, the dumplings come with a whole tiger shrimp inside, & there's even vegan sushi on the menu. The drink selection is great too - from sake to cocktails with a real Japanese flair. Prices are very reasonable, making it a perfect new spot to grab a drink & enjoy some quality bites.
Je suis allé prendre l'apéritif avec des amis, passionné par la cuisine asiatique, nous avons absolument adoré la nourriture & encore je ne parle pas des Gyoza qui étaient absolument exquis.
En ce qui concerne les cocktails, j'adore le concept de revisiter cela avec le saké. J'y ai goûté à deux différents le premier était le Tsuchikage qui était excellent & celui qui a le plus retenu mon attention de la soirée c'est ce délicieux midori no mezame. (Je recommande fortement)
Nous avons goûté deux saké différents, une petite préférence pour le saké chaud !

Super expérience dans ce bar d'inspiration japonaise. Cocktail excellent, j'ai eu la chance de parler avec mixologue qui a créé la carte. Un homme clairement passionné par son travail.
We have randomly ran into this place while we were searching for a bar & it was on the rooftop. It was a little bit interesting to get here as you have to take the elevator to the third floor, but it is beautiful as there is a pool & there is a nice patio that shaded & they have slushy alcohol drinks highly recommend visiting again
