2026: new cocktail menu is even better, had the tuna & salmon oshizushi plates & they were great. Magutsuchi was a fun cocktail. Our server was excellent this time.
2025: Had a great selection of cocktails. Nice decor & vibe. We came here because another place had a lineup. This wasn't too busy so easy to talk as a group of 4.
Service was efficient but I feel like our waitress wasn't particularly welcoming.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Humaniti Hotel, a new Japanese-inspired concept, the Hiba Bar has been opened since the fall of 2025. Superbe découverte !
Le Bar Hiba offre une ambiance japonaise élégante avec un décor vraiment magnifique. Les drinks sont excellents. Parfait pour une soirée agréable.
