Its decor, both rough and refined, its big, central bar, the lights are what makes HELM a friendly place, perfect for discussing and meeting with friends.

Excellent endroit! La musique est très bonne, la configuration est parfaite, la nourriture est exquise, les employés sont formidables & les prix sont normaux. C'est l'une de mes microbrasseries préférées à aller en amis. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus & toujours heureux en quittant ce lieu. Les employés sont vraiment bons & ont une très bonne attitude. Je recommande le jus de canneberge & la poutine 🤤
Food was good, but the service is terrible. I tried to ask just for mayo when the server brought me food but she completely ignored me & left. I tried to ask again Nd told me to wait & never came back. No one is doing eye contact or checking if you need anything. I had to get up & ask one of the people at the bar & even then, just getting a tiny cup of mayo took another 20 minutes. But the food was good.
The atmosphere is quite good, & certainly, I have no grumbles with our server. She was very pleasant. Sadly, our fries were slightly burned, but the biggest negative was the men's toilets, which were very smelly!
Service exceptionnel par Justine, la meilleure serveuse sur tout Montréal! Toujours enjouée, souriante & de bonne humeur, elle saura vous recommander les meilleurs bières du bar.
Sans oublier le trio de l’enfer les lundis, Kevin, Erik & Nick qui anime le bar comme des dieux venus directement du panthéon
