Had a lovely time at Hayat last Saturday evening. I was showing a prospective student around the city & chose this restaurant as our final spot to end our tour. We were sat at the bar where the very engaging Otis took great care of us. We ordered dips as starters, which we shared, & honestly I had to cancel my main dish because there was more than enough food to fill us both up. We chose the baba ghanoush & the shawarma & hummus, which was served with two types of fresh bread, & the portions were plentiful. Our cocktails were also delicious. We both stated we would love to come back & try the mains, but we would need to work up a bigger appetite!
The design of the restaurant is lovely & the atmosphere was good. The only hiccup was that when I made our reservation, we only had the bar as an option, however when we arrived the restaurant was almost empty & it did not fill up by the time we left 2.5 hours later. Although our corner seats at the bar were cozy, we would have appreciated the option of booking a table.
Waww 10/10 food was amazing , everything was top , Otise the guy who serve us he was very very adorable , customer service 10 on 10 , omg i dont dont drink alcalooj so i asked him for mocktail , usually its not good but wow its was délicieuse cominf back for sure!!
Wonderful place with really nice food , was obsessed with the Mojito btw! & gotta give it to our boy Otis , really made us feel comfortable , & being my birthday as well , really loved our dinner there , would recommend 100%
I accompanied my sister to this restaurant for her birthday. I've never been to a Mediterranean/ Lebanese place before & DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Our server, Otis, brought so much life to our experience! His knowledge of the plates & drink were impressive & made great recommendations. We really enjoyed our time. SHOUT OUT TO OTIS!!!!!

I went for my birthday dinner tonight & had a great experience with Otis. He put my whole table at ease & ensured we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend if you enjoy an elevated experience with good food.
It's rare to come across a place where you feel truly welcomed, & this is one of them. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was warm, & everything felt well taken care of but what really stood out was the service. Otis made the entire experience unforgettable. He was thoughtful, patient, & genuinely invested in making sure we enjoyed every moment. You can tell this isn't just a job to him-he cares, & that kind of energy makes a huge difference. This wasn't just a meal, it was a moment. I'll absolutely be back.

I went to hayat today & OMG!!!
The bartender Otis was so amazing & his creativity with the drinks was amazing
I sat down & ask him to make me singing with tequila & a lil sour & let me tell you I was not disappointed
Also a great thank you to the manager ceyla /cila I don't know how to say it
Otis delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, & with great attention to detail. You can tell Otis genuinely cares about quality & customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Otis to anyone looking for reliable & high-quality service.
Some places just serve food, but this place delivers an experience. From the atmosphere to the quality of the food, everything was amazing, but what truly made the night special was the service. Otis went above & beyond in a way you don't see often anymore. He was kind, attentive, & genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can feel the pride he has in his work, & it shows in every interaction. This experience honestly meant more than just a good meal. I'll definitely be back & recommending this place to everyone I know.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The service was top-tier, & I especially want to shout out Otis-he went above & beyond. He was professional, friendly, & genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work, & it really shows. Because of Otis, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Highly recommend-ask for Otis if you can!
The atmosphere was fantastic, & the staff very welcoming. We were there for my friend's birthday dinner, & Otis took excellent care of us-paying close attention to detail, bringing great energy, & offering excellent drink recommendations. It was a great night, & we'll definitely be coming back!
