Bouillon très savoureux! J'adore le concept de buffet, il y a beaucoup de choix de nourriture pour la fondue ainsi que des boissons gazeuses illimitées. Le prix & le goût en valent la peine!
Fast & responsive staff, enjoyed the service: asked for window seats then got seated beside the wall. Stealing empty plates from the table. Cried for the whole FIVE minutes with the absence of most delicious chicken of life, gotta to get reheated faster next time. Didn't know where to take the broth, staff was so helpful bring it in directly from the kitchen Other vibing checks: One toilet is out of order Ice cream machine not working Not wheelchair accessible, 26 stairs to get into the restaurant It's authentic buffet restaurant, nobody stops you when eating too much loads of table covers, can talk to a lot of people while eating Best condensed milk ever, drank half of the bottle Ventilation system very efficient, hotpot helps the coldness No fortune cookies giving away :( Thank YOU
J'y suis allée avec ma meilleure amie & on a trouvé que tout goûtais rien, on a pris le bouillon ying/yang côté épicé & l'autre champignon ça n'avais aucun goût ça fesais juste sentir très fort le curry, la viande AAA pas mangeable!! On a goûté à plein d'ingrédients & on a rien aimer on étais choqué & très déçu car d'après les avis on avais de hautes attentes. C'est la première fois que je laisse un avis négatif a un restaurant car je suis vraiment quelqu'un qui n'est pas difficile sur la nourriture mais la c'était terrible... je laisse 2 étoiles car le service étais très bien.
An Underwhelming Experience at Happy Lamb Hotpot I had high hopes for this Happy Lamb Hotpot location, but unfortunately, it fell short compared to others I've visited. The restaurant was busy, which is always a good sign, but it was clear they were understaffed. The servers were trying their best, but the shortage meant it took a long time for someone to check on our table or address requests, which made the experience frustrating. As for the food, it didn't live up to the standards we've come to expect from Happy Lamb. Having visited a few other locations, this one was the least impressive. The flavors were not as bold or fresh, & the overall quality of the ingredients just wasn't there. While we understand that busy nights can be challenging, the combination of slow service & underwhelming food made this visit disappointing. Hopefully, this location can improve both its staffing levels & food quality to match the reputation of other Happy Lamb Hotpot restaurants.
Overall pricey but you do have endless meat but the meat we got was more on fatty side which made our broth really greasy & yucky after awhile (did not like that). The spicy soup broth with Szechuan peppercorns should be in a pouch, there was too much & felt like it was all I tasted & numb tongue. Staff was quick to refill the meat & overall friendly.
Food was pretty good. Definitely recommend the lamp with mushroom broth. A great selection of veggies. One thing that I must dock points for is the fact that getting a server to come to our table was hard. Granted we were placed at a corner that might have been hard to see, but you're suppose to checkup on your tables from time to time...

Malheureusement ce n'est pas tout le personnel qui connaît notre langue officielle. Nous avons dû demander à être servi en français. Nous avons eu un excellent service par la suite. Bon restaurant hotpot à volonté. À essayer!
This is my go to spot for Hot Pot since I was like 10 years old, my parents will always bring me there,I forgot their old name since they recently changed it. There's everything you need from meat to vegetables. My favorite thing is the garlic sauce I mix it myself with other things in front of the counter beside the soft drink machine. I also really like the small fried buns that you can dip in some sweet condensed milk. Overall 9,5/10 a lil expensive 👀🐑
