Hansik is a fantastic dining destination! The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious with rich, authentic flavors, & the staff are incredibly kind & attentive. Every visit is a wonderful experience highly recommended for anyone craving top-quality Korean cuisine!
EDIT: Back here for the 3rd time in just 3 weeks (LOL) this time I with the whole FAMILY!
UPDATE! : Went back I think for the 7th time already &
The meal while staying very TASTY is getting much better & better!
I've pretty much tried every single variety of chicken they offer & let me tell you, every bite is pure deliciousness! Seriously, it just keeps getting better. My wife had the Japchae, & she was genuinely impressed, she loved it!
At this point, I honestly have to stop myself from coming back every single week... it's becoming a deliciously dangerous habit
Cute cozy spot serving Yummy Korean dishes. Absolutely best service!! They even have souvenirs & snacks you can buy.
This is a cozy little family owned restaurant. The food was flavourful & like a home cooked meal. I lived in Korea & found this restaurant to be authentic. We had the bulgogi & tofu stew.
Tried Hansik in Villeray for my sister's birthday & it was amazing! Cozy decor with a retro vibe, friendly service, & super comforting Korean dishes. Loved the garlic soy & creamy onion fried chicken served in shovel plate! Everything from the rosée tteokbokki to the cheese tonkatsu hit the spot. Generous portions, great flavors, & real K-drama vibes. A hidden gem for Korean food in Montreal!
Hansik on Rue Lajeunesse is a cozy, family-owned Korean restaurant with a warm, inviting vibe & genuinely kind staff. Their spicy chicken is packed with flavor, the bibimbap is freshly made, & the bulgogi dishes-whether with noodles or in a lunch box, are perfectly marinated. Don't miss the tteok-bokki if you love a good spicy kick. It's a great spot for comforting, authentic Korean food in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Highly recommended!
