Patrons encounter a robust selection of meat-heavy and vegetable-forward pies designed to deliver consistent flavor profiles with every slice. The kitchen utilizes high-heat ovens to achieve a distinctively blistered crust that balances a crisp exterior with a soft, airy crumb structure. Complementary menu items feature classic buffalo wings and garlic breadsticks, reinforcing the standard casual profile of the establishment. The dining area emphasizes efficiency and utility, catering to individuals seeking straightforward, hearty meals in a relaxed setting. Each dish demonstrates a commitment to foundational techniques that prioritize texture and flavor depth through reliable ingredient sourcing and standardized preparation methods.

Review Summary

Hang Time Pizza receives a wide range of feedback, with many patrons praising the quality of the food, particularly the flavorful pizzas, crispy chicken wings, and generous portions. The atmosphere is frequently described as cool and welcoming, and the service is often noted as friendly and efficient. While many consider it a top-tier destination for pizza enthusiasts, others express disappointment regarding the high price point, the specific style of the crust, or the consistency of the toppings. Opinions on the overall value and execution remain divided, as some customers find the experience exceptional and worth the cost, while others feel the product does not quite meet their expectations for the price paid.

There's Detroit-style pizza, & then there's focaccia bread. Unfortunately, Hang Time falls into the latter category. Ordered a 12-inch veggie, Detroit-style, & was not really that impressed. Good sauce covering hardly any toppings, a bit of mozza, & a nice crust that seemed to have an undertaste of something, which I could not place. Came with a nasty piece of wax paper on top, which, when informed by the order taker, was to prevent the toppings from getting squashed. Trust me, there were barely any to begin with. Came with huge gobs of tomato sauce on top, something to consider if you like a less saucy slice.
Ok pizza, nothing special.

Round Pizza is alright , got it as a 2/1 special pepperoni pizza, or the Seinfeld if you prefer. Good crust , I'm a thin pizza person so fits down my alley, sauce is good though tastes like from a commercial brand not in house. Pricey for what you get but worth a 2/1 special, I'll return on another promotion.

Got the Seinfeld pepperoni square pizza. Was pretty good overall with lots of melted crispy cheese, but the pepperoni were tiny & shriveled, & the tomato sauce was kinda just slathered on top.

Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité & l'endroit est très sale un petit nettoyage de tables ne ferait pas de mal.Ah aussi le gars innonde les ailes de sauce donc elles finissent loin d'être croustillantes.

Take out pizza by the slice is light & has a crispy crust. Sauce has a nice flavor & service was quick. Price for 2 slices & a soda can $11.50, extremely good pricing.

I feel like 17$ for a 12" pizza is a bit expensive. The addition of chicken strips was also 3,50$ for half the pizza & only a couple of pieces were served. I would have been happier if they were at least a bit more generous with the toppings if the prices would be that expensive. Regardless, I really enjoyed the pizza. There was a good balance of cheese & sauce. Each bite had decent flavours & didn't feel too dry. Of course I would have preferred it with even more sauce but that might just be me. The toppings were really good too. The chicken wasn't dry so it added a pleasant texture to the pizza & the pepperoni had a slight hint of spiciness which was another pleasant addition. I also like that they allow us to customize each half of the pizza. It gives us a chance to try out more stuff & that's always a plus for me.
