"TLDR; DRY. Chicken was so darn dried that even McNuggets taste better. Perhaps my expectations were too high for a "4.6 stars" rating? The family combo that we ordered, the chicken was dry AF especially the brochettes, they were dry AND hard. To top that off, they don't give you enough sauce. I dunno who had the brilliant idea of using glass bottle..."
