Très belle découverte ! La nourriture est vraiment bonne & leur concept de sandwich est original & différent de ce qu'on retrouve ailleurs. Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous & on sent qu'il y a une vraie recherche dans les recettes. 🥪✨
L'espace est également très propre, chaleureux & agréable. Une belle ambiance pour manger sur place. Je recommande vivement, ça vaut le détour ! 😊

It's a great place, we enjoyed the food, the service, & the kindness of the owners. Kiyana was our waitress, she made us feel comfortable, & she did an amazing job. I was visiting from Windsor ON with my family & it was a great choice!!, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for the authentic taste of the Middle East cuisine.

Very disappointing experience, especially when it comes to customer service.

I brought a few close friends here tonight who had never been to this restaurant before, hoping to introduce them to a place I thought would be a nice option for dinner. Unfortunately, the experience left all of us feeling extremely rushed & uncomfortable.

According to Google, the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM. We arrived around 8:50 PM & had finished placing our order by approximately 9:15 PM. At no point when we arrived, sat down, or placed our order did the server mention that they were closing soon, that we had limited time, or that dine-in service was about to end. If we had known, we could have made a different decision or simply ordered takeout.

Our food arrived around 9:35-9:40 PM. We had barely started eating when we asked for ketchup, & the server came back & told us,'Just to mention, we close in 20 minutes.'

Hearing that while we were in the middle of eating made all of us feel extremely rushed &, honestly, quite uncomfortable. We had just been served our food, & there was no prior communication that we were expected to finish our entire meal within such a short amount of time.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were not the only customers in the restaurant. Another couple came in after us & ordered to dine in, while other customers continued coming in & placing takeout orders. If the kitchen was still accepting orders & the restaurant was still serving customers, I don't understand why we were made to feel as though we were inconveniencing the restaurant by sitting down to eat the food we had just been served.

The food itself was fine, but good food alone isn't enough to make up for a lack of basic customer service & communication. If the restaurant has a strict last seating or dine-in cutoff, that should be clearly communicated before accepting a table, especially when customers are arriving well before the posted closing time.

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a nice dinner with my friends ended with all of us feeling rushed & unwelcome. From a customer-service perspective, I found the experience very disappointing & unprofessional.

I won't be returning anytime soon, & unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my friends based on this experience.

Une expérience exceptionnelle chez Grill Gate! Je suis venu avec mes amis & tout a largement dépassé nos attentes. Les plats étaient délicieux, généreux & préparés avec soin. Chaque bouchée était un vrai plaisir.

Le service était impeccable, rapide & chaleureux. Toute l'équipe nous a accueillis avec le sourire & a contribué à rendre notre soirée mémorable.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de Grill Gate pour cette excellente expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir & je recommande cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent une cuisine savoureuse & un service de grande qualité.

Grill Gate serves the best filet steak & the most authentic Iranian style pizza I've had in Montreal. The service is consistently excellent, the team is friendly & professional, & the cocktails are crafted with real skill.& the burgers? Honestly, they speak to you, juicy, flavorful, & unforgettable.Thank you for always delivering top quality & great hospitality. Highly recommended.

Je suis allé manger dans ce restaurant de burgers en plein jour & il n'y avait presque personne, ce qui m'a permis de profiter pleinement de l'ambiance. Le restaurant est vraiment très beau, avec une décoration moderne & une atmosphère agréable.

Le burger était tout simplement incroyable : le pain était frais, la viande parfaitement cuite, les sauces excellentes & les ingrédients de grande qualité. Chaque bouchée était délicieuse. On voit qu'il y a beaucoup de soin dans la préparation.

Le service était également très bon & l'endroit était propre & accueillant. Une excellente découverte que je recommande sans hésiter à tous les amateurs de burgers. J'y retournerai certainement pour essayer d'autres options du menu !

It was a wonderful experience. My friend & I visited the restaurant & ordered the Philly steak sandwich & the filet mignon sandwich, & both were excellent. Ms. Donya served us, & she was very kind, polite, & welcoming.
The food, the staff, the cocktails, & the atmosphere were all outstanding. I'm very happy to see a new Persian fast-food restaurant in town offering something different from the traditional Persian dishes. I would definitely recommend it & look forward to coming back.
