OMG, just had the best burger in Montréal! Got the BEIRUT CHEESEBURGER & it was EVERYTHING. My friend loved his Bon Plan too. & those fries tho? Unbeatable 🍟. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best food spots in Montreal! Every time I order from Grill Gate, the quality is amazing, fresh ingredients, generous portions, & incredible flavor.
The burgers are juicy & perfectly grilled, the poutines are rich & satisfying, & everything tastes homemade & cooked with care. You can really tell they take pride in their food.
Customer service is also excellent, friendly, fast, & always professional. Orders are always correct & well packed.
If you're looking for delicious comfort food with great value & consistent quality, Grill Gate is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I was there on Saturday & looking forward to a great hamburger,was very disappointed my cheeseburger was very dry & my American coffee,was more water than coffee.I would not recommend this resterant at least for burgers

Tried the Sunny side-up Cheese burger & I must say the portions are large enough to ensure you don't leave the restaurant hungry. The food is adequate & acceptable to be served. However, the quality of the ingredients does not justify the price; only the portion sizes do. I would have preferred a smaller portion size, but with a fresher beef patty & a higher-quality cheese rather than cheese. The staff however are friendly & serve you with a genuine smile on their faces.

Much better that I expected from the brief description'hamburgers & pizza'. Both the burgers & the pizza included innovative toppings. I will have to go back & try some of the other options.
The accessibility leaves a bit to be desired. There is a single step a the front door, which closes with a spring that's a bit to strong. This makes it challenging to get in, which makes it challenging to get in with a walker. & with a wheelchair you will need an assistant. The toilet ar the back is small, & the door opens inward. I had tp leave my walker outside the toilet & lean on the wall once inside. But the meal was excellent, & large. The burger was good, & large enough I had to forego the rather enticing desserts.

I usually don't leave reviews, but my recent visit to Grill Gate really missed the mark.
The burger was unfortunately dry & completely lacking flavor, which was surprising , The Philly cheesesteak bread felt cheap & low-quality, taking away from the whole experience.

For the prices they charge, the quality just doesn't make sense. When you pay premium, you expect premium - not something that tastes rushed & poorly balanced.
