I had the displeasure of dining here & it was an absolute disaster from start to finish.
Plates & utensils arrived covered in grease smears, sticky residue & what looked like old food bits like they hadn't seen a dishwasher since last year.
We waited over an hour for food with zero communication from staff who ignored us completely. The chef has a negative attitude as well.
The food was beyond bland: mushy, underseasoned slop that tasted like mediocre from a low grade fast food outlet-no flavor, no effort, pure disappointment & no fast.
Charged premium prices. Highway robbery at these inflated prices. Complete ripoff. Disgraceful. Save your money & dignity.
Les prix sont exorbitants pour une qualité de nourriture médiocre, le service est lent & désagréable & l'attente est interminable. On paie une fortune pour attendre & mal servi. Quand enfin la nourriture est arrivée, elle avait clairement l'air simplement réchauffée. Aucun goût de fraîcheur, aucune attention aux détails. Pour des prix aussi scandaleux, c'est une insulte aux clients. L'une des pires expériences au restaurant que j'aie eue.
This is the worse restaurant of all time. Went there thinking it will be remindful of home with Mauritian food but it was the worse experience. Waited for 2.5 hours for the food. Worse service of all time. Will not recommend this restaurant. Waste of my money & time. If I could give 0 star, I would.
The food is great! Tastes just like it would in Mauritius!
My order took 1:45 to be ready, so it could definitely have been faster. I don't know if it was exceptional or not. The place is not fancy -at all- but it makes you feel like you are abroad. They play reggae & everyone around speaks Creole which is lovely. Damn it. I miss Mauritius!
