"3.5 stars -- Waitress made no eye contact and was not very welcoming. Maybe because there is a lot of homelessness in the area and she has to deal with it? Because of the service and the location, I would not return as the atmosphere is off-putting. However the pho was decent. Not bad but not amazing. Does the job if you're in a pinch like I was."
