"Diane, our server was fabulous and very attentive to details. The food? Equally fabulous! I defy anyone to finish the Beef Wellington. It is that big a portion. Diane even suggested the wine that would go well with our meal. Great! No surprise that we return to Gibby's every time we're in Montreal."
