"We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Gibby's tonight. Our server, Sarah, was an absolute joy. Every single thing we ate was fabulous. The blue cheese wedge was so nostalgic I teared up, the pickles were perfection, the eggplant parm was fabulous and the cafe flambé was so much fun. We could've sat by the fire and listened to Sarah tell us..."
