I was a bit worried that my French isn't good enough to explain I just wanted a quick bite to take with me as I was out tourist exploring. They got me something like a Reuben sandwich, but it was sooo good (lot of meat). I thanked them as best I could & went on to enjoy the streets of Quebec.

Great place. We were on vacation here & we were looking for a tasty local place to have a smoked meat sandwich, a lot of sources online recommended this place & we were very pleased. Je n'ai jamais mangé d'aussi gros smoke meat. L'assiette ou le sandwich smoke meat est immense à vous en décrocher la mâchoire & en plus il est succulent. Vous en avez pour votre argent.

An absolutely delicious hidden gem in Montreal! We found this place by chance & were probably the only English speakers in the place! Our server was kind enough to offer to translate our menus, too. The sandwiches were absolutely fabulous, as were the vibes! They had a fantastic singer performing in half of the restaurant, which made for a really fun time! Would highly recommend a visit to Gerry's if you find yourself in the area!
