Il était temps que st-hilaire ai un resto-bar. La bouffe est excellente & Guillaume au service est plus que parfait. Merci pour tout.. la vie est belle au geppetto
Nouveau resto au Mont-St-Hilaire qui selon eux, sont des spécialistes de la pizza! Lol !
Ben c'est carrément pas mangeable! La pizza était famélique & calcinée, noire en dessous, plein de suie & bords calcinés sur un bon 2 cm.
Presque pas de garniture. Nous avions la pizza "Américana" Elle était décorée de 4 gros salami flasques, l'équivalent d'un seul champignon, le quart d'un poivron vert, le tout déposé sur une flaque de sauce tomate fade. Il y avait si peu de fromage, qu'il était à peine perceptible.
La moitié de la pizza à fini dans la poubelle.
Le proprio aurait dû dépenser moins sur le décor & plus sur des bons cooks & sur la propreté de son four à bois.
C'était notre première & notre dernière expérience Gepetto.
