UPDATED: it has been a YEAR that I have called in & had terrible customer service on the phone. Individuals who get angry at me for being specific; one a woman, now a man. The manager acknowledged that this was an issue & still had nothing to offer or to say as consolation. He said he considered the fact that I'd comment about their service a threat, told me to never call again & hung up. All the BEST to this tiny, family-owned pizzeria. Years ago I said: "It's not always easy to get your order in. Bad pizza decent souvlaki, good customer service". NOW, however, I'd say the pizza is EXCELLENT & their poutine & souvlaki is MY FAVOURITE & their calzones are delish. Staff is still very kind & professional (though not delivery person is). GO GEORGES! (:
