Siamo capitati in questa gelateria per puro caso ma ci siamo tornati appositamente anche il giorno dopo la nostra visita a Montréal perché il gelato era squisito! Pochi gusti ma fatti a regola d'arte (super cremosi e saporiti). I complimenti vanno anche al proprietario della gelateria che, oltre ad essere molto gentile, nel suo lavoro ci mette passione!

Ce n'est pas un simple glacier mais véritablement un artiste ! Le patron est un artisan passionné. Ses créations sont tout simplement renversantes de finesse, de délicatesse & d'invention. Les textures parfaites & les glaces & les sorbets justes sucrés comme il faut. La surprenante glace rose safran qui rappelle des desserts d'Iran, l'équilibre parfait de la très originale citron cannelle, que dire de la coco pandan en hommage au quartier, les nobles glaces à la pistaches ou aux noisettes, l'étonnement d'une simple glace au chocolat, les explosifs sorbets au Yuzu, à la fraise, à la mangue, etc. etc. Tout est parfait & irrésistible. On ne se lasse pas d'y retourner.
