After seeing all the buzz on social media, I had to try Gaufres & Glaces Beaubien. It totally lived up to the expectations! I ended up ordering a loaded bubble waffle topped with their homemade gelato, & it was absolute perfection-crispy, warm, & creamy all at once. The service was super fast & friendly even though they were busy. The whole shop has such a fun, cozy vibe & is perfect for taking a few photos.

Cute & fun place to hangout. Their waffles are good with yummy topics. I'm not a fan of their ice cream filled waffle as it gets so messy. Although, the taste is great. Prices are not the best though. As for their shakes or icecream, I found them too pricey.. even they're gourmet. It's not that wow. Very little toppings & drizzles! DQ or MCDz icecream & blizzards are way better! Don't waste your money on this

The reason of two stars is because other time was a good experience as shown in the picture that I bought in 2020. It was happy all the time when I visited here.We visited here several time like few time in each summer but yesterday I orderd a waffle ice cream as usual. It was very sour taste, not sweet,it was been rotten old dough. I've never felt that bad taste this shop's waffle... this shop was near by & liked a lot.. we veisted the shop at 19:30, ?it was supposed to be opening time,but closed with a letter on the door. Once we came back an hour later, a man was smoking outside, he came in & started making...I wanted to tried normal ice cream this time, but there was non all probably was in the fridge so I asked if the shop is closed today,I'm not going to interrupt you, he said it's open.
Open but no music?? Can we not see the ice cream choices?? then the waffle was sour....& how they made it was much better in the past .Very dissapointed that I lost one of my favorive chill place. I'll not come back.
