Amazing little Chinese bakery. We always order cakes from them. The cakes are beautifully presented, & reasonably priced. The cream is fresh & light (doesn't leave a greasy feel in your mouth), & the chiffon soft & fluffy without being wet. If you order in advance, you can choose a custom cake from their iPad. You can also customize the colours for some cakes. The goods are not too sweet; even my Chinese grandmother approves!
Delicious bakery with a vast selection of delicious items! They have fresh hot buns & they also have a great selection of cakes! We always come here to purchase birthday cakes. They are delicious, & not too sweet & they even provide a very cute packaging if you tell them it's for a birthday occasion! Staff is super friendly too! A go to bakery in Brossard!
Best Asian bakery store in town! Highly recommend their cream cheese bread, glutinous rice cake, mochi & durian bento box cake, & pretty much everything else! 😄 if you are looking for some delicious Asian dessert, this is the place!

I heard a lot of positive comments on this cake store. It's locate in a small mall who finding a parking are not necessary easy. This place it's very tiny, so tiny that you feel hurry to choose something fast to let other people pass in the alley. Everything seems very good, the section of cake are impressive. Hopefully when paid it's relatively fast. Will comeback again to try somes cakes & pastry.
I went today by fluke last minute because I was in desperate Need of a fancy looking cake. This place exceeded my expectations. I'm in love with the service & locate that I bought. The prices were very good & they had very interesting flavors. The packaging was so cute & so was the cake decor. I can't wait to go back & buy more cakes from them.!! with the cake, they included a cake topper along with cutlery. this was such a beautiful touch!

Super patisserie avec beaucoup de choix & belles decouvertes. Gateaux doucement sucres - on apprecie l'attention de nous servir en francais egalement. Merci Gateau Brise!
First time ordering here for Mother's day, I was nervous considering it is one of the most busiest days for any bakery but Gateau Brise delivered amazingly! I placed an order by phone, the person was very patient & honest, warning me about the possibility of delays but in the end I went, waited for maybe 5 minutes (they were really busy & had to take time to look for my order). When they found it, they even apologize for the wait. I ordered the mango mousse cake & it was really fluffy, lots of ripe sliced mangos on top, creamy but not too sweet. Perfect. Lovely presentation too! I also liked the packaging it came in & the added touch of the Mother's day sign & utensils. My family enjoyed the cake a lot. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for making Mother's day so great!
I was amazed by this beautiful business! Service was fast & courteous 💕 Bought a Birthday cake🎂 came in the cutest box ever! With a cake topper & this cute little bundle with candles, paper plates & cutlery. Never had that attention to detail before. In any cake business! & to finish off the cake was delicious! Not too sweet so it was perfect for me! My entire family devoured it! Will definitely be coming back for more & will tell my friends about this cute place! 💕
Super endroit. Le seul point d'amélioration est qu'il n'y a pas toujours le même choix à chaque fois qu'on y va. C'est à dire que si vous aimez quelque chose vous ne serez pas sure qu'il y en ait la fois d'après.
J'ai tenté « l'aventure » du petit gâteau au porc effiloché. Waw, la première chose remarquable est la texture moelleuse de l'intérieur. Très bon. Arrivé à la maison, ma fille connaissait ce petit dessert qu'elle avait goûté & très apprécié chez son amie originaire de Chine. Je viens de manger le dernier ce matin, à jeun, très bon, très différent de ce qu'on connaît des gâteaux hyper sucré locaux habituel. Les deux commerces Gâteaux Brise de Brossard & Montréal me semblent bien tenus & propres. J'en suis à ma cinquième visite & j'apprécie tout ce qui j'ai essayé. Merci pour ces découvertes:-)
The cakes are good in general. I have bought many cakes in this store, but i'm disappointed recently due to the decrease in quality (cakes are not fresh anymore) & the service here.
