We had a great time at Ghandi! All the staff were very attentive & kind. They were also very helpful when it came to choosing delicious dishes off the menu. I wish I had room to order dessert! Next time I come back to Montreal I will definitely dine here again, the atmosphere & cobble stone streets outside is beautiful! Thank you for having us.

It is hard to say that this might be the best Indian restaurant in Montreal. The menu is comprised of dishes from all over India. Must tries are the Lamb Tikka Rejalla, Tandoori Chicken & their fantastic vegetable dishes. The service is also great & the staff are available to answer questions & suggest dishes. Highly recommended!

Our waiter Raoul was gracious & professional.

Food was subtle & tasty with many flavors. Spiced my dishes with side spice paste for heat.

We've always thought that Gandhi was one of the most charming Indian eateries in town, what with its location on historic Saint-Paul Street & its intimate setting.

The menu is made up of a host of staple Indian dishes from all over the sub-continent, although mostly from the Eastern & Northern regions. It has a great table d'hôte from $25.50 to $32.50, a great value if you ask us.

When we think of Indian food, we envision pungent spices & fiery heat. Food-wise, our experience tonight failed to take us on the adventure we were hoping for. Most of the dishes were bland with poor presentation. However, Gandhi's charming setting & unblemished service makes it a worthwhile destination for Old Montreal residents or passers-by (it is the only Indian eatery in the area after all).
