Worst customer service I've experienced. I clearly told them no jalapenos, but the owner ignored my instructions & made the pizza his own way. When I went back, instead of fixing it properly, he started arguing & making excuses.

To'fix' it, he literally picked the jalapenos off in front of me & told me it was fine & to go. Extremely arrogant & disrespectful behavior. If you don't want to follow customer instructions or speak properly, you shouldn't be in customer service.

Never coming back. Not recommended at all.

Ordering from Galaxie Pizza was a mistake. The fries became soggy within 2 minutes & were completely soaked in oil. They were not edible at all. When I went back to speak with them, instead of fixing the issue, they started explaining the process of making fries & said fries are made in oil, so of course they will be oily. That is not an excuse for serving bad food.

The pizza quality was also very poor. I ordered two large pizzas - one Indian-style & one chicken pizza - & both were below average with no good taste.

The worst part was the customer service. When a customer raises a genuine complaint, they should offer a solution. Instead, they refused to take responsibility & accused me of arguing with them, when I was simply trying to explain the problem.

Bad food, bad attitude, & no accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
