Will always love the food & atmosphere but the service this time could have been better. Not very quick or welcoming especially since my note on the reservation stated we were celebrating a birthday.
We went on Saturday & we had a reservation. To start, I was pleased that they paid attention to our request in the reservation. The food was tasty & the service was cordial & fast from beginning to end. Sadly there was a fire on that day so we had to evacuate the restaurant but I want to highlight that the staff was very efficient & fast so everyone got out in order without any incidents & I hope everything is ok. I would go back for sure!
My order came late & a bit cold being that I was staying far from the location, but when something is quality it superceedes the temp. This spot was a suprise being from ny there's this "standard" everyone claims. But this spot was top tier pizza for anywhere I'd def recommend. Undercarriage was exactly how I prefer overall amazing pizza, check it out.
Food was amazing as always but we were placed at the table in the far back, facing the kitchen. We didn't really feel like we were a part of the restaurant & it was quite cold at that table, despite facing the pizza oven. Would have preferred a better table considering we book a reservation several days in advance
Ordered The classic margarita pizza with the pain à l'ail (garlic bread) pizza. Food arrived cold & dough stale, the pizza had a totally burned crust, you can taste the burn flavor & dough was very chewy. Garlic bread was cold too & not soft & a bit oily! Not gonna order again! Expected much bette
service déplorable.. Nous avions terminé nos entrées quand les cocktails ont été servis...aucun mot d'excuse. Carte des desserts jetée sur la table sans un mot, eau non servie, la serveuse de ce soir s'épanouirait mieux en changeant de boulot. Dommage...
