What an experience… unfortunately, not a good one. Apparently basic customer service, cleanliness, & decent food are optional here.

The attitude was terrible, the food was disappointing, & the overall cleanliness was concerning. I honestly regret spending money here

Honestly its too bad cause normally Chinese food is so good ! 62$ which im sure we were overcharged but the person who took our order said sorry I just take orders. Wow. That is definitely NOT chicken fried rice. Its white rice with Soya sauce which the rice was not fresh at all ! Pinapple chicken . It was pure dough ! Look at my pictures below . Where is the chicken ??? Every single piece was dough ! Really? We threw it out & the ribs omg you could not chew it. Was really bad & this is not the first time. Never again ! Avoid much better places elsewhere

Très mauvaise expérience
Très déçu de mon expérience chez Fu Lam Express. Le manque d'hygiène & de propreté m'a vraiment dérangé. L'état des lieux & certaines pratiques observées ne donnent pas du tout confiance concernant la manipulation des aliments.
La qualité de la nourriture était également très décevante. Pour moi, quand il s'agit de nourriture, l'hygiène devrait être une priorité absolue.
Je déconseille fortement cet endroit & j'espère que la direction prendra les problèmes de propreté & de salubrité beaucoup plus au sérieux.

Comptoir de take-out très occupé! J'ai attendu 15 minutes pour recevoir ma commande, comme on m'en avait informée. Nourriture typique de buffet/take-out traditionnel autour de Montréal. On connait le buffet; on n'a pas eu de mauvaisss surprises dans nos choix de menu. Prix semi-raisonnable parce qu'on a eu des restants à se partager pour un second repas.

They should've dropped the whole salt container in the wonton soup because I can't find any other explanation for that soup! It was inedible

J'ai commander 2 menus de ce restaurant un combo 6 & un combo 2 pour 3 personnes pour un total de 90 $ il manquait des items 6 rouleaux au porc , le restaurant n'a rien voulu faire , a ce prix là j'espérais un peux mieux , je ne le recommanderais pas

It taste yummy, spring rolls r meh tbh bcz they r not cooked enough or the oil wasnt hot enough & i wish they would give those little dry stuff for the soup when u buy a combo. But its solid & the taste is good.
Edit: I wish they would stop using staples to close their bags. Today was the 3rd time I have cut myself on one of them from these bags & I try to be careful. Oh & I still stand by the spring rolls sometimes being under cooked or too oily.
