Can only comment on the food as I had it delivered. I was looking forward to trying Frite Alors for some time now so I finally ordered last Friday. The poutine was pretty good & the merguez sandwich was decent. The fries themselves were quite disappointing, though. I ordered a large along with a few dips I wanted to try. This seems to be their specialty but the fries I got were all tiny little pieces. You couldn't even dip them because they were so small. It was like I got all the leftover bits which is quite annoying. Wouldn't order again based off this experience.
La nourriture est bonne, les portions sont parfaites & le service est excellent. Je recommande!!! Une seule chose que je pourrais mettre en négatif c'est les chaises qui ne sont pas confortables du tout.
J'adore la nourriture & le service est habituellement très bon, mais leur nouveau gars au comptoir n'a pas vraiment une bonne attitude. Ça fait deux fois qu'il me parle bête. J'espère que ça va changer j'y vais depuis des années & je n'ai jamais eu de problème avant
Locale situato nella zona pedonalizzabile di Longueil. Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di arrivarci il giorno di apertura della festa del paese, dove la via era addobbata con gust. Buonissime le patatine che accompagnavano due birre artigianali locali. Simpatica la cameriera che ci ha serviti. Prezzi nella media.

Excellent burgers, delicious fries & great service. I have been eating at this restaurant for years mainly due the high quality of the ingredients used to cook various sandwiches, burgers & meals. I highly recommend this restaurant located at the Old Longueuil in Montreal's south shore.
Très bonne bouffe, hamburger de vraie viandes & frites coupées pas trop grosses & bien cuites. Seul bémol, c'est un peu cher, mais on y retourne régulièrement quand même!

Personnel très gentil. Par contre un peu déçu des quantités pour le prix. 13 dollars pour un ramequin de poutine. On s'attendait à une petite poutine d'accord mais là on est sur une entrée, pas un repas. Puis rapport qualité prix il vaut mieux aller ailleurs.
Nous sommes arrivé au restaurant , la serveuse Jasmine , nous demande si nous préférons la terrasse ou interieur . Nous mentionnons la terrasse, au lieu de nous diriger vers une table à la terrasse elle nous donne le menu & nous dit aller nous asseoir nous même. Elle nous apporte une bouteille d'eau avec les verres sans nous servir . Nous avons choisi la poutine italienne smoked meat qui était très bonne. Le verre de sangria , goûtait tout simplement que le vin , & même après avoir mentionné à la serveuse Jasmine , elle nous apporté aucune solution & la facturé quand même. C'est malheureux mais je ne recommande pas cet endroit . Les toilettes aucun savon à l'intérieur ni rien pour essuyer les mains . Première expérience & dernière expérience pour nous .
