Très heureuse que cette franchise soit implantée au coeur du Vieux-Longueuil ! Toujours la même formule depuis toutes ces années. On se trompe pas quand on a envie de bonnes patates frites & d'une mitraillette !!! Bémol : un peu cher par contre pour pas beaucoup de merguez dans le fameux hot dog & la table était un peu collante.

Super bonne frites. Chaises peu confortable si on est un gros gabarit. La poutine est très bonne & mon hamburger était à tomber par terre. Je recommande.
Can only comment on the food as I had it delivered. I was looking forward to trying Frite Alors for some time now so I finally ordered last Friday. The poutine was pretty good & the merguez sandwich was decent. The fries themselves were quite disappointing, though. I ordered a large along with a few dips I wanted to try. This seems to be their specialty but the fries I got were all tiny little pieces. You couldn't even dip them because they were so small. It was like I got all the leftover bits which is quite annoying. Wouldn't order again based off this experience.
Très bonne bouffe, hamburger de vraie viandes & frites coupées pas trop grosses & bien cuites. Seul bémol, c'est un peu cher, mais on y retourne régulièrement quand même!
Really good fastfood , but also really expensive .. 28$ for 1 smash burger (8.75$) & the frite alors regular poutine(16$) Both of which were really really good . Seems a little understaff , took over 20mins to get my carryout order (2 behind the counter & 1 waitress during lunch rush on a friday) Won't go often but will definitively go back once or twice in the next year.
C' était très bon & le service était professionnel & rapide. Par contre, je n' ai jamais vu aussi peu de viande dans un hamburger. Il y a beaucoup de compétition autour & c' est un non sens de payer 25$ pour du pain ciabatta & quelques frites. À ce stade ci, l'inflation est allée trop loin. Je me souviens d'une époque où on n'avait pas faim en sortant du resto.
Bel petite place mais il manque certainement du personnel car le service est long.
Nourriture bonne, mais la quantité a bcp diminué.
Nous avons eu notre table rapidement, par contre il fallait attraper une serveuse pour prendre notre commande & pour payer. On est allé chercher nous même une paille & les napking. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'ustensiles.
Nous n'avons pas eu la bonne sauce dans la commande de mon mari, & la serveuse a mis longtemps (mon mari a quasimment fini ses frites) avant de revenir pour nous dire qu'il n'y a plus la sauce qu'on avait demandé.
La table a côté avait la moitié de leurs commande donné à quelqu'un d'autre.

Les frites sont super bonnes, les mayos aussi (surtout celle qui porte leur nom). Le fish & chips est mon classique absolue & parfois je prend le club sandwich baguette au poulet grillé. Vraiment sur la coche !
