I ordered online & very clearly stated that I am allergic to nuts, & to please not include nuts in my salad. I am anaphylactic & carry an Epi-Pen. My salad had walnuts in it.

I visited this restaurant again after a long hiatus, tried a buddha bowl & noticed that the quality of the food & service went way downhill. The broccoli wasn't fresh, the noodles were too sticky & the base prices for the bowl didn't even include a protein option like tofu. I will not return to this location.

They put raw cauliflower in my chocolate PB smoothie... why would you do such a thing?! It was grainy & gave me a stomach ache. It's not listed in the ingredients for this item. It was 8$ too but thankfully Doordash refunded me. Never again!!!

I visited Montreal (from Toronto) & picked up spicey lemongrass soup from this location. It was amazing. Spicey, loads of ingredients. Definitely the best version of this soup from all the Freshii locations I have tried. I'll have to come back to Montreal just for the soup!

Ordered Chipotle Bean Bowl with a picture of the bowl with chicken! Exciting huh I received no cutlery & one of the most depressing, surprisingly chickenless & tasteless meals I've ever ordered. Terrible.

Spicy Buffalo with Chicken roll is the first thing I bought here & only thing I will for the foreseeable future. I fell in love! Portion is huge, I saved the other half for my next meal & it stayed fresh in the fridge.
