I have been ordering my meals for 6 months now but I also used to order them a few years ago & stopped for personal reasons. The food is delicious, prepared with care. I have never had a bad meal. Delivery is prompt & prices are very fair. This is one of the only companies in Montreal that offers prepared meals at this price point for the quality. I ordered a bunch of prepared meals & so far the food has been to my liking but I have to say that it's a bit frustrating that none of the meals are labeled. I order prepared meals specifically because I like to track my calories. Because the meals are not labeled, I need to first open up a meal figure out which one it is & then look it up on the website & then find the nutritional info for that meal.
