The server kept commenting on the quantity of food we were ordering (a very normal quantity for 4 people who wanted to try a bunch of things), which was both annoying & disrespectful. Every time she brought food she would make a snarky comment about how much it was… The food was acceptable, but those comments weren't.
Nice place for dim sum 🥟 in Montreal instead going down to Chinatown ..lots of parking spaces..good choices of menu options but bathroom needs major updates

Food was great as usual. I forgot to tip-not used to the pos machine- the cashier didnt say anything & handed my bill to a male server, who took me to my table & said "tip". If the cashier had commented on it, I would have apologized on the spot & would have added tip. It was an honest mistake, didnt understand the reason why she made the payment go through & give our bill to another server who went to my table in front of other people to comment on this. I personally went up to the counter, & made another payment with only tip. Made me very uncomfortable + my teacup had several unwashed blots. Tried to ask someone however nobody took notice of me. I went to the counter to ask. The food is GREAT . No complaints, really good. Shame, it was my go to place for a big brunch . It was the first time ive felt this much hostility.
Service here is a miss. Had to request things multiple times. Crab balls were not fried but only steamed. Flavors were on point & prices fair. Parking easy with plenty of street parking. Came here on a busy Saturday & the restaurant was 1/4 full. Ordered a la carte for dim sum & food came out quickly
I read reviews & thank goodness i didn't rely on them ! The food was fresh, generous, tasty & most of all everything came out at the same rime !! Our server was super friendly & always there for us. We went on a Sunday for dinner at 5:30pm so it was quiet with 4 other families in the dining room with is. Its in an obscure location & i had a hard time finding. Parking was abundant. I'd go back for sure !!

Expérience très désagréable & malaisante, je suis allé manger avec ma conjointe & mes beaux-parents car je commande souvent de ce resto & pour la nourriture vraiment très bonne. J ai lu les commentaires mais je me suis dit allons s'y pareil. La pire expérience de ma vie & surtout que mes parents on été restaurateur toute leur vie. A notre arrivée , on a demandé une table & une petite dame était serviable , quand on a été servi par une grande dame, elle nous a lancer les menu, zéro accueillante , mon beau père a demander un bière , réponse très froide , je sais pas si elle était raciste mais la table à coter a été très bien servie car il parlais le cantonais. Ensuite notre nourriture a été jete que quand elle nous a demander la reste de la commande on voulais parti. J ai ensuite lue les commentaire sur le restaurant & Dison mon appétit deminuais . J ai du me lever pour aller commander à l'autre serveuse car l'autre était assise en train de regarder son portable. On été servies par autre dame car clairement elle nous aimais pas. Pour évite de la dispute on a laisser 10% car le zéro aurais été mieux servie mais comme je commande souvant je voulais pas faire de problème & éviter des conflit. Recommande de commander sur Uber eat ou DoorDash!
Restaurant acceptable pour un dim sum dans le coin, avec peu de temps d'attente. Certains plats arrivent parfois froid. Certains serveurs sont très gentils.
Service was fast, food was great. Our waitress was not very friendly to our group (I observed that she was much more friendly to the older groups). We took our son, daughter & her friends for dinner & she was abrupt & not too friendly to the one who was ordering... almost scolding her for asking for tea because they "are young" (her words) & she had already given water.... I guess she missed the fact there were at least two older people in the party....Another server was much more friendly & attentive to our needs. It would be nice to be served & not judged first. We would have given a bigger tip if not for that.

Ma première fois à ce restaurent & clairement pas la dernière, la nourriture est goûteuse, les portions sont bien, le staff est super gentil & serviable! Ne vous fiez pas à l'extérieur du restaurant, cette place est un délice caché!
Update: the service has improved, the waitress is a lot more friendly! I went for dinner, & although the food is alright, the service leaves a little something to be desired. There was what appeared to be a large takeout order before our table & as a result we got our food a lot later than usual. Furthermore, getting one of the waitresses' attention is difficult even though there were only two tables of people in the entire restaurant. In addition, I always get the distinct impression that the waitress is impatient with us when ordering & she has in fact snapped at us in the past (yelling at the entire table once). Usually, the fried food (like the sweet & sour pork) is good, but this time it tasted slightly burnt. I think the oil may have been too old, which rendered the meal less enjoyable. For some reason, the restaurant no longer serves soup with the dinner, presumably to cut back on costs which is a also bit disappointing. Overall, it's not bad, standard food, but the service could be improved. Quite frankly, all the staff is really kind & attentive except for that one waitress, which is a shame because it brings down the quality of the restaurant.
Absolutely amazing food! We typically order, but today we decided to dine in at the restaurant. The tea was delicious, the plates were delightful, & the service was excellent!

La nourriture est bonne. C'est pratique d'avoir du stationnement. Les prix sont raisonnables. Le service est pourri. Il y avait seulement une seule serveuse. La serveuse ne me laissait pas partir si je ne donnais pas minimum 20$ de tips. J'ai mangé pour 130$. Elle me dit de retirer de l'argent dans sa machine ATM . Elle dit ça coûte seulement 3$ de frais. Elle est folle. Mes 3 enfants étaient complètement bouleversés. J'ai jamais vu ça. Je vous suggère d'acheter pour emporter à la place. Elle ne comprend pas que tu donnes le pourboire en fonction du service & non pas ce qu'elle décide. Quelle femme déplaisante & pas professionnelle. Tout le personnel devrait avoir un cours service à la clientèle .
Food was not great. The restaurant is not busy but the rest of the food was served about 40mins. One of the server is not polite because we did not give tip & was demanding & making a scene over it. Not going back here.
