"Lovely dinner for two at the bar, nice to watch everything being made. Unobtrusive service, highly knowledgeable if you did ask for guidance. Enjoyed the sea urchin mousse, and the tuna tataki was other worldly. Basque style miso cheesecake was also excellent. Nice time."
